Putra - puisi Esthi TB

Putra
- puisi Esthi TB

Apakah waktu terlalu cepat berlalu ataukah aku yang tertatih mengejarnya
Seakan semua cinta belum cukup kuberikan atau terlalu besar cintaku padamu
Kadang kubertanya sudah cukup baikkah aku untukmu

Putraku,
Dua belas tahun sudah hadirmu di dunia
Melalui diriku
Si mungil telah beranjak dewasa
Bahagia melihatmu tumbuh ceria

Putraku,
Jika engkau besar nanti
Kudoakan engkau siap menempuh jalan yang mungkin panjang berliku
Meniti buih gelombang yang mungkin datang menderu
Menahan badai yang mungkin hadir mengganggu
Dalam perjalananmu menemukan tepi kekuatanmu
Demi memegang jatidirimu

Putraku,
Aku ingin kau bahagia
Dan selalu ingat pada Nya...
Selamat ulang tahun Putraku

My Tears For Japan - a poem of Esthi TB

MY TEARS FOR JAPAN
- poem of Esthi TB

Don't know how it chose the day
and found the exact momment
When the earth cracked down
and huge energy released
Then the land shocked and trembled
and the sea was pulled and returned in high waves
then it swallowed everything in his way
it swang and hit anything stood before
and left all things behind like broken toys
and brought burst of fire

How could I imagine this scene before my eyes
When the day was just like an ordinary day
and the day was so cute to live with
and the air was so fresh to breath
and the sea was so blue to enjoy
and the wind was so kind to sail with
It was just like an old friend now
Just after the tremors happened in that country

My tears for Japan
Many people lost
Many children cried
Many souls died
Love ones passed away
Families unhomed
Landscape destroyed
Dangers appeared
Properties vanished
Economy declined

My tears for Japan
My cries for Sendai
May God gives strength and relieves
For those broken souls
To stay and survive
For those deadly pain
to forget the devastation
and continue lives
as a Big Nation
